Medúlla was released in 2004 by One Little Indian. It is Björk’s all vocal record. This is the Japanese edition of Medulla released in 2004 by Polydor Records. I purchased it as an import from Amazon.com. In addition to a non-U.S. bonus track, it also includes an extra booklet all in Japanese.
